We advise and support the Principality of Monaco in strengthening its global influence by positioning Pavillon Monaco as a leading presence at international expositions. Our work includes developing and executing social media strategies tailored to engage diverse audiences, highlight Monaco’s values, and navigate the cultural, linguistic, and institutional challenges of international communication.
Think Green is proud to have been named Official Partner of Pavillon Monaco at both Expo 2020 Dubai and Expo 2025 Osaka, helping shape its digital voice and visibility on the global stage.
World Expos invite nations to collaborate on global challenges, but the real test lies in uniting diverse audiences under a single, coherent message.
To meet this challenge, the Principality of Monaco asked Think Green to craft a strategy that would make its presence at Expo not just visible, but truly engaging.
We developed a unified communications approach to reach three key audiences—Japanese visitors, the Monégasque public, and the international community—across digital and on-site platforms.
Our work helped Monaco turn its participation into influence, justifying its investment by strengthening global visibility, building partnerships, and positioning the nation as a forward-thinking, collaborative force.
Here’s the updated version with mention of the tools provided:
To ensure long-term impact, Think Green not only developed the overall communication strategy for Pavillon Monaco but also equipped the on-site teams with practical tools and training for seamless implementation. We delivered strategic frameworks, a clear project roadmap, and easy-to-use templates to support content creation, campaign rollout, and visual consistency—adapted to both Japanese and international audiences.
Over three weeks on-site, we trained two internal teams, guiding them through the strategy, campaign planning process, and expected tone of voice and art direction. Working side by side, we helped launch live campaigns and ensured that every action reflected Monaco’s values. This hands-on approach ensured clarity, consistency, and autonomy throughout the event’s duration.
Our social strategy was designed to make Monaco’s presence at Expo 2025 both engaging and interactive. Given that social media habits vary across regions, particularly in the diverse context of a World Expo, we focused on fostering genuine participation rather than simply broadcasting content. Beyond visibility, Monaco’s strategy needed to cultivate real interaction to ensure the Pavilion was active, responsive, and fully part of the global conversation.
Through storytelling, collaboration, and interactive content, our approach ensured that the Pavilion moved beyond being a static showcase to become a shared and evolving experience. Our social strategy for Pavillon Monaco at Expo 2025 Osaka connected audiences, amplified engagement, and created lasting interactions. Under the theme “Take Care of Wonder,” it reinforced Monaco’s commitment to culture, sustainability, and innovation, while also strengthening ties with Japan and reaching a global audience.
The strategy further encouraged cross-cultural collaboration and dialogue between countries, transforming the Pavilion into a space of connection and exchange. During the Expo, both on-site visitors and remote audiences gained access to real-time interactions, live content, and on-site activations—evoking a dynamic and evolving presence that reflected Monaco’s values and global outlook.
